This location of Taco Bell that is also KFC has some of the worst service I have experienced. The wait time alone was ASTRONOMICALLY bad, literally waited indoors for our food for probably 15 minutes then joined the rest of our family that was in the drivethru and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes (and they entered the drivethru the same time we had went in) multiple customers while we waited asked for new fries because they had sat out so long while waiting for the rest of the order that they weren't even remotely warm by the time they received their order. Employees weren't really paying attention and so customers stood for a very long time, not even having had their order taken yet. We ordered a combo and for the drink got Mountain Dew and were given what was essentially water that tasted "off". After being given our food we weren't even told "have a nice night", the basic rule of good customer service. There was no apology for the long wait either.
